Master Vinayak Karnataki born today on January 19th in 1906. He was related to many prominent pioneers of #MarathiCinema
including the Pendharkar brothers and V Shantaram who cast him in his
first movie, the biographical movie Dr Kotnis Ki Amar Kahani.
He was also a director and directed actress Shobhana Samarth in her first movie, Nigahe Nafrat. He became
popular with the movie Brahmachari. His daughter was actress Nanda.
